We accept returns or exchanges on unused, unopened items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging and condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email address or WhatsApp number] with your order number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or in error.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not offer refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • If the product has been used, chewed, or damaged by your pet

  • If the damage is due to natural wear and tear

  • If the toy has been used by a fast chewer or a pet with aggressive chewing behavior

Disclaimer: While our toys are made with high-quality materials, they are not indestructible. It is the responsibility of the pet owner to supervise play. We cannot accept liability for damage caused by pets during use.
